Your first ten minutes

Start small.

Have one property and one recent repair or report in mind. You do not need to upload everything to get started.

  1. Create your private workspace

    Open the app and choose Create account. Enter your name, email and a password of at least 12 characters. Complete the security check and verify your email using the link sent to you.

    Open LetRecord — choose Create account

    Already have an account? Choose Sign in instead. The current app opens on the Sign in tab.

  2. Add your first property

    Complete Set up your workspace, choose Self-managed landlord, then open Properties and add the property you want to work on.

  3. Create one case and link one file

    Open Cases, create a case for the repair or report, and add your first note or action. Upload a relevant original in Evidence Inbox and link it to that case.

  4. Add context as you go

    Record communications, access arrangements, contractor work and follow-up. Store relevant documents in Compliance Vault and enter only the dates shown on the source.

  5. Generate your first Evidence Pack

    Open the case's Evidence Pack area. Choose what to include, generate a PDF, download it and check that the record tells the story accurately.

No card, no automatic charge. Paid checkout and automated trial expiry are not active yet. The launch annual offers are £14.99 for one property and £24.99 for up to four. Payment and access arrangements will be explained before paid activation.

Use the browser that suits your device

Phone: open the app in a browser and upload a file or photo from your device. Tablet or computer: use the same address and account; your workspace is stored on the server.

You can bookmark the app or use an Add to Home Screen / shortcut option if your browser offers it. The current release is an online web app. A dedicated installable PWA and offline operation are not being promised.
